I started into real estate as an investor in 1974 while working as a employee of proctor and gamblebetween 1974 & 1979 I owned over 45 rental properties, I was tutor by Mr. Gus Jones who happen to own the first black real estate company in Jackson, Tenn. I then begin to sell my own properties, with him helping me along the way. In 1996 I decided to get my license. My first company that I worked with was Sivart Realty then Hometown Realty which went out of business, now I am with Exit Real Estate Professionals, Also I graduate from West Tennessee Business College in 1973 with a degree in Higher Accounting and Office Management. In 1995 I retired from the Army Reserve with 22 years of reserve & active duty service.
